You are offered a unique opportunity to join a high-performing and impactful Commercial Development team, which is part of our Group Development & Strategy department reporting directly to our CEO.
The position as Commercial Development Manager gives you the chance to make a true difference in an inter-national environment.
Team and agenda
We look to the Commercial Development team to raise our game and create break-through in our markets, typi-cally in commercial projects. This means being a partner to our countries, focusing on building commercial opportunities and empowering our people to solve commercial challenges.
Working in Commercial Development is a “contact sport” with lots of travelling (~60 travel days per year can be expected) and interactions with many different people all over the world. We measure ourselves on the positive impact we can have on the people and the businesses we work closely with.
Typically, you will work in our team for 2-3 years – dramatically enhancing your commercial understanding in the process through broad exposure to our global business. It will lead to a broad spectrum of opportunities and it is expected that you will continue your career in a commercial leadership role, e.g. in one of our subsidiaries.
